Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about visiting, joining, dues, meetings, and speaking at TPBG.
Visiting a meeting
Drop in any Monday — no membership required.
When does TPBG meet?
We meet every Monday at 8:30 AM at Bob Evans, 9115 US 19, Port Richey, FL. Open networking starts at 8:00 AM and the main meeting runs 8:30–9:30 AM.
Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely. Visitors are encouraged — bring a colleague, a referral partner, or a friend who's curious about TPBG. RSVP for a Monday so we can save you both a seat.
What should I bring?
A small stack of business cards, a 30-second introduction of who you serve and the kind of referrals you'd love, and an open mind. We focus on relationships first, transactions second.
Joining & dues
Membership is $75/year. 501(c)(3) nonprofits join free.
Do you have a fee to become a member?
Yes — $75 a year. Visitors are always welcome at meetings without paying anything. Ready to join? Apply online and you'll be redirected to pay dues at the end of the form.
How do I become a member?
Three steps:
- Submit the online application with a photo and short business description.
- Pay the $75 annual dues at the end of the form (we'll redirect you to Square checkout).
- The Board reviews your application and reaches out within a few days to confirm.
Do you accept 501(c)(3) nonprofits?
Yes. Recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofits join without paying dues. Just select 501(c)(3) on the application form.
Is TPBG "seat specific"?
No. We welcome any small or home-based business owner who's serious about growing through referrals. We're not seat-specific, so multiple people from the same industry are welcome.
Meetings & format
What a typical Monday morning looks like.
What's the meeting format?
Open networking starts at 8:00 AM. The main meeting runs from 8:30 to 9:30 AM and includes:
- A featured speaker (member or guest)
- Member spotlights and 30-second intros
- Event announcements and shout-outs
- Kudos for closed business resulting from our networking
Plan to grab breakfast — Bob Evans takes care of us beautifully every week.
Is there an attendance requirement?
No. We meet every Monday morning unless it falls on a major holiday. Weekly attendance is encouraged — the more familiar you become with members, the more naturally referrals flow.
What is Trinity Positive Business Group?
We're a group of business professionals located in and around West Pasco County who network together to grow our businesses and refer business to one another. The "positive" in our name is the operating principle: relationships first, lift each other up, do good work.
Speaking & events
Take the floor or post your event to the public calendar.
How do I sign up to speak at a meeting?
Active members sign up through the Member Portal. Each Monday has a defined slate of slots: featured speaker on Week 1, hot seats on Week 3, and a featured speaker on other weeks. Slots are first-come, first-served.
Can I add an event to the public calendar?
Yes. Active members can post one-time or recurring events through the Member Portal. Events show up on the public calendar and the Board gets a heads-up notification.
